Troca Trading processes and ships orders across India through reliable courier partners. Once an order is confirmed, it will usually be processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, and public holidays. Customers will receive order confirmation and shipping updates through email or SMS once the order has been dispatched.
Troca Trading is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information while placing the order to avoid delivery issues.
Refund & Return Policy
At Troca Trading, we strive to deliver quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Return Window
Customers must request a return within 3 days of delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed condition. The video must clearly show the product condition and packaging.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
Product received is damaged during delivery
Product received is defective
Wrong product delivered
Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Troca Trading will process the refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
